 I truly felt
 the simplicity and strength
 in this openly shared expression

Brave Souls

Brave souls are alive,

taken for a ride,

 like the blossoms

blown away

 in the winds of spring

when everything

 is whirled around

and finally

 it settles down,

a little higher off the ground.

Brave souls do know

nothing

  stays the same,

changes

 come to claim

the present,

 open this gift

go deeper not wider,

go deeper.

The gains come,

 when within us

we choose Willingness.

Willingness

 leaves the way

wide open

for the new, new day

when traveling brings

you within

when

 the truth you seek

is where you meet

your frightened self

and look to see

not who abandoned you

but who did you

 abandon too.

When

 all you ever need

is to see and know

there is only Love

 or the Call for Love.

Choose once again.

The soaking spring rain

will regenerate you

to see

 the fruit growing

to see

 the peach reach maturity

to see

 the summer harvest shine

when you and yours

 combine

when I am you

and you are me

and All Is One

 is how we see

the fruiting trees

 strengthening

as every

 change of season brings

summer, autumn, winter, spring.

Part 2

Along the way

 through our lives

there comes the time

when we say

I wish

 there was another way.

We traveled far and wide.

We had our picnic days

 our own way,

but comes the day

and comes the time

when we reach 

what seems to be

'the ending line'.

But brave souls know

the way to go

 is not

 wider horizontally

but deeper, deeper

where the soul can see,

that immersing

with our shadow side

heals old patterns

 much denied,

so when we rise

from that dark night

the wider plains

 do not entice

as we

 have lived

 the valley life

and going deeper

led us to

the Real me

 and the Real you.

We looked for love

where it always was,

but life changes

and ways transform

so in these times

 we are shown

to go the distance

 and see the view

the mountain top is calling you.

Old patterns fade in the sun

old ways were once

leading us

but if we want

 the Love that's true

then see the one

who looks at you

and surely see

 the call for love they show

 never knowing

what you see

not being you, or being me.

We come from One

and finally

when this life is passing

and the bridge lights up

it is Peace and Love

that lead the way.

Going deep

 will heal old ways

the tourist route unravels

so our life is blessed

when we know

the road less traveled

is the way to go

Home to Love

where life is simple

and the tender heart

rests knowingly.

You will find

 what is missing

when you

 look in the right place

and realize

You had it all the time 

Only Love Is Real

Yes fruitfulness
 fruitfulness true,

such abundance

is coming to you

Sharing Beauty

When you

 see the beauty

when you

 hear the bees

when

 the blossoms shine

so divinely

are not we

presently

gifted with abundance

 for all to see.

Life blooms

all around

so you know

Mother Nature will show

you 

the flowering of life.

Deep Rest Will Refresh

Sleeping on my sofa

in my sleeping bag

has been the best sleep

I have had.

 

I was simply sleeping

and deeply knowing

 

'Something new is coming through'

So Long And Living On

Corfu cotton, long forgotten,

you are my favourite one.

Double-stitched and reinforced,

with me when all challenges came,

as life, it seemed, departed me

again.

But there you were,

wash and wear anywhere,

dusky shades of muted blue

with smoky colours rising through.

Years and years go by,

leaving and grieving,

starting on a new pathway,

meeting love along the way,

so, as wisdom walks with me

I see beyond with clarity.

You cloak me softly

when courage

 calls me through the light,

then beams of joy are rising high.

All I ever need

envelops me as a seed,

encourages me

to flower like the brightest one,

to raise my mind

with the Solar Sun,

as I see who you are

 my little child upon the earth

who joins me now

in joy and mirth,

evermore to be

shining perfectly.

Be Still and Grow

You are reaching out
to go within,
you are seeking more
you must begin
to leave space

and in your time
find a place
of stillness.

So much stimulation
will deplete you.

Begin anew.

Find a quiet natural spot.

Seek the fresh air.

There are many beginnings
where times will follow through
on what there is for you.

Let distractions go.

Learn to say No.

When you stop
you will be
ready to start
and answers flow from your heart.

Wait.

Listen.

Begin and see
change will come more gracefully.

A Winter View Of Pink Lake For You

Flowering

If you ever

saw a Tree Peony,

it looks dead in Winter.

Absent.

No stalks, no leaves.

A hidden beauty.

Not seen,

 at all in the soil,

until the spring

when suddenly

comes

the bright cherry

 shoots and leaves

rapidly turning to green.

And then,

generously,

from out of nowhere

 new buds come.

Beautifully,

come the blooms,

comes the joy

when we see

the light within shining. 

And so,

 on this winters day

as my precious mother

 passed away,

I know,

nothing hidden

 will remain unseen,

and her beauty shines

and her bloom will be

shining through for all to see.

This Song Comes Softly

This song comes softly

quietly in

seemingly

nothing

happening

and then

the note played

nearby

and there was I

floating in

to a new

 beginning.

A surprise from nowhere

not looking

then something

was happening.

Not at all

what I expected

as I was going along

normally

somewhat reserved

and surrounded

by my own space

and then

a face was close to mine

even crossed the boundary line

and I was softly

feeling

this is fine.

Another place

another time

I will wait

to arrive there

someplace

somewhere.
