Bring your heart to the field of flowers
pick the shining golden ones
gather 'the pinks' they warm all pain
and take the road which widens now,
take the path through the trees
sit on mountains in the breeze
let years of tears flow over the cliff
and rainbow lights the water fall
you are free now
every choice is your call.

The mist it lifts
clarity comes
bring your passionate heart
to sound your soul
comes this day
sings the bird
the sweetest song I've ever heard
before.....
 

An Easier Way

And through the Pink
I see there is
a place to be
where I am
safe
quiet
with delight to see
the shining of dancing light
upon the flowers
the love is there
shimmering
glimmering
glistening
listening
waiting for the warmer breath
waiting patiently for any length
of time it takes
to know there is
an easier way
to live my day
to continue with the best I have
and let freedom be
in breathing out......

above
below
whatever I think

S T R E T C H I N G

Yet

betwixt

between

the seldom seen

comes the possible

the probable

the opening

the advancing

the beginning

the living

the times which tell

the way to go,

the times which tell

who will

then know

what lies ahead,

what sits within

what calls your name

what invites you in

to all there was

you never knew

and all there is

beside you.

So open wide

and take the steps

the way you go

is lit with light,

the way you go

is within sight

and all you never knew

fills your heart

with what is true.

We Sit Within

When we leave the space

between the lines

between the words

between our thoughts

we receive clarity we have been searching for

we see peaceful calm beyond the door,

we see the honesty we always knew

we see ourselves being true

we know at last we always were 

the light

that shone above our heads

now glowing within so we feel

our peace has come

our life is real

our way of being is simple now

our heart is open

and we somehow feel whole,

feel safe

having arrived into a welcome place.

We sit within

we know ourselves

we wonder why it took so long

but when we ask, we hear the voice

bringing the answer we always knew

“when you love yourself as I do”

then you will be the strength

the one to trust

the truth of you will be shining through

and all around the light you bring

will be the path to everything.

The only path to find yourself

is to go within, to ask to see

what truth you need to set you free.

And there it is …..

When you give up the need

to know why things are the way they are

you will receive the knowing
